Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Summit BioLabs ships within the United States only. We currently offer the following shipping options:
— Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days — Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed before 12pm MST)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Packaging All products are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure safe delivery. Lyophilized peptides are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.
Undeliverable Packages Summit BioLabs is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping Summit BioLabs does not currently ship internationally. We ship within the United States only.
